Purpose

The app organizes listening, humble leadership, adult facilitation, service preparation, cultural humility, safeguarding, accessible gathering spaces, responsible stewardship, team roles, debriefing, Scripture references, and private reflection into fourteen field folios.

Audience

It is intended for adult church leaders, mission-team facilitators, and lay volunteers. It is not child-directed. Adults remain responsible for authorization, supervision, local policy, and appropriate participation whenever children or adults needing additional protection are involved.

What it is not
